कुंगफुयोगा का अभ्यास जोखिम भरा हो सकता है।ट्रेनिंग के शुरुआत के 15 दिन पार्क अथवा घर पर अभ्यास होगा।अभ्यास के दौरान चोट या किसी भी प्रकार का शारीरिक कष्ट हो सकता है।बेसिक ट्रेनिंग 3 महीने की होगी। इंटरमीडिएट ट्रेनिग 6 महीने की होगी।और एडवांस ट्रेनिंग 18 महीनो की होगी।यदि आप चाहे तो 3 महीने की बेसिक ट्रेनिंग के दौरान ही ट्रेनिंग छोड़ सकते हैं,इंटरमीडिएट ट्रेनिग शुरू होने पर आपको एडवांस ट्रेनिंग भी कंप्लीट करनी होगी।ट्रेनिग पूरी होने पर सिर्फ उसकी परीक्षा ली जाएगी,किसी तरह का कोई प्रमाण पत्र नही दिया जाएगा,क्योंकि ये ट्रेनिग सिर्फ आत्म सुरक्षा के उद्देश्य से ही होगी, ये ट्रेनिंग कहीं भी ताकत का प्रदर्शन करना अथवा प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के उद्देश्य से नही होगी।
